Terms of Service

By accessing AIToolHunt, creating an account, submitting a product, claiming a listing, voting, responding to outreach, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use AIToolHunt on behalf of a company or product team, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the site, submit listings, or purchase paid placements.

AIToolHunt is an AI tools directory and discovery service. The site may include public product pages, search, categories, tags, collections, launch placements, blog content, newsletters, badges, and tools that help people discover AI products.

AIToolHunt does not own, operate, test, or control the third-party products listed in the directory. A listing is not an endorsement, certification, investment recommendation, security audit, or guarantee that a tool will work for your needs.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting your login credentials. Actions taken through your account may be treated as actions taken by you.

You must be at least 13 years old to use AIToolHunt. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Paid plans, listing claims, and product submissions must be made by someone with legal capacity and authority to act for the relevant person or organization.

If you are acting for a company, startup, agency, or client, you must have permission to submit, claim, purchase, or manage that product on their behalf.

When you submit, edit, or claim a listing, you represent that the information is accurate, lawful, and not misleading. You also confirm that you have the rights needed to provide product names, logos, screenshots, descriptions, links, and other listing materials.

We may review, edit, reformat, categorize, approve, reject, hide, remove, or de-index listings at our discretion. For example, we may normalize copy, fix broken links, reject products that do not fit the AI tools directory, remove unsafe products, or add editorial context so users are not misled.

Free submissions may require an AIToolHunt badge or backlink before review. A badge or backlink helps us verify the submission, but it does not guarantee approval, ranking, traffic, or permanent placement.

AIToolHunt may offer paid listing, launch, featured, and sponsor placements. Current plans are shown on the pricing and checkout pages. A paid plan buys the specific directory service described at checkout; it does not buy search engine rankings, votes, clicks, leads, sales, investment interest, media coverage, or any fixed amount of traffic.

Basic plans are one-time paid listings. Pro plans may include Featured visibility for a limited window. Sponsor plans may include a homepage sponsor spot and promoted cards for a limited window. Paid listings and promotional placements usually activate automatically after successful payment, subject to inventory, system availability, and moderation.

Sponsor inventory is limited. If sponsor inventory is unavailable or a delivery issue prevents us from activating the purchased placement, we may offer a placement extension, an alternative placement, account credit, or a refund under the Refund Policy.

AIToolHunt is built for legitimate AI products and useful discovery. You may not use the site, listings, comments, forms, badges, or paid placements to submit or promote:

• illegal products, scams, phishing, malware, or deceptive offers;
• products that infringe intellectual property, impersonate another company, or misuse another brand;
• adult, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, violent, or highly exploitative content;
• products built mainly for spam, credential theft, surveillance, evasion, or abuse;
• attempts to collect user data, contact information, analytics, or listing data without permission;
• unauthorized commercial use of AIToolHunt, including resale, bulk lead generation, or directory cloning;
• misleading medical, legal, financial, employment, or safety claims;
• low-quality doorway pages, duplicate directories, scraped listings, or unrelated products with no clear AI tool value.

You may not manipulate AIToolHunt rankings, votes, badges, analytics, search results, referral links, or review signals. This includes fake accounts, paid or automated votes, click farms, bot traffic, bulk scraping, artificial backlinks, misleading redirects, or attempts to bypass rate limits and moderation.

Paying for a plan does not exempt a listing from moderation. If we determine that a listing, account, or campaign violates these Terms, we may suspend the account, remove the listing, cancel the placement, and deny a refund where permitted by law.

You keep ownership of the product materials you submit. By submitting content to AIToolHunt, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, edit for clarity, index, promote, and distribute that content in connection with AIToolHunt and its related discovery channels.

This license lets us show your listing on the site, include it in search results, generate previews, use badges, mention it in newsletters or social posts, and keep reasonable archival records. You may contact us to request corrections or removal.

Listings link to third-party websites and products. Those products are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, refund rules, security practices, and availability. You should review the third party directly before using or purchasing from them.

AI tools can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unsafe, or outdated output. AIToolHunt is a discovery directory, not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, security, or compliance advice.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using AIToolHunt, you also agree that we may send service emails related to your account, listing, payment, verification, claim, or support request.

Marketing emails, newsletters, and outreach campaigns may include unsubscribe or opt-out links where required.

AIToolHunt, including the site design, code, directory structure, taxonomy, editorial content, badges, and brand assets, is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the site for normal discovery, submission, and account management.

You may not copy, scrape, mirror, resell, or use the site to build a competing dataset, directory, or ranking service without our written permission.

Paid services are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all displayed charges, taxes, and fees associated with the selected plan.

Paid AIToolHunt services are digital listing and promotional services. Once a paid listing is published, a Featured window starts, a Sponsor window starts, or similar promotional exposure begins, the service is treated as delivered and the purchase is generally final.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. If you believe there is a billing issue, contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate and avoid interrupting your listing or account.

We may update, pause, change, or discontinue features, categories, pricing, submission rules, sponsor inventory, badges, ranking signals, or moderation standards. We try to keep the service useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may suspend or terminate access to AIToolHunt if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users, submitted unlawful or misleading content, abused the service, or failed to pay required charges.

You may stop using AIToolHunt at any time. Some obligations, including payment obligations, content licenses already granted, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms, survive termination.

AIToolHunt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and any implied warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIToolHunt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, search ranking changes, traffic changes, or third-party product issues. Our total liability for a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid AIToolHunt for that specific service.

You agree to defend and indemnify AIToolHunt from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the site, your submitted content, your product, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.
