WHY CODEPATH

 

The moment.

The AI era needs new infrastructure for how people learn and launch careers in tech. We just launched one of the most ambitious AI workforce programs in the world, after nearly a decade of training the next generation of technical talent.

We're now expanding into new markets and scaling our team so we can move at the speed AI is transforming the workforce. The people joining our team now have the opportunity to architect the next frontier of our work.

The work.

We are AI-native, mission-driven, and ridiculously ambitious. You'll have the ownership to build, ship, and break new ground, unlocking agency for hundreds of thousands of learners and thousands of higher education institutions and companies.

We are looking for people who want to own new functions, create new end-to-end products, and execute with frontier AI tools, starting with Claude.

The impact.

CodePath is the largest educator of college computer science students in the country. 74% come from underrepresented backgrounds, and they go on to competitive technical roles at top companies.

Working here means starting at a scale most organizations never reach: 40,000 alumni across 1,000+ colleges, $1B+ in economic impact last year alone. You'll have the chance to change the trajectory of entire communities.
