fix: bump version to 0.0.9 (0.0.5 already on PyPI)

Version 0.0.5 was already published to PyPI with the old codebase
(html2text, no exclude_paths, no heading_style, no UTF-8 fix).
Bumping to 0.0.9 to publish the comprehensive fix release.
