Improve UX of "Generate Copilot Summary" link

This issue is to track improving the UX of the "Generate Copilot Summary" link, potentially by making the font smaller or aligning to the right of the hover dialog

@sinemakinci1 Do we know if this is possible or would someone need to investigate that? The "link" is just markdown text. Is there some way to use markdown/html to render a command link differently?

I don't know why aligning it to the right would be an improvement. Is that what VS does or did a user suggest that?

I find that I click on it inadvertently and it's a distraction between the cursor and the text I'm interested in. Perhaps aligning it to the right side of the tooltip might help?

That was my suggestion. It would move it from immediately above the mouse cursor in most cases, and not be visually between the mouse (the user's likely focus) and the tooltip text (where their focus is most likely going). There may be better solutions.

At least one user has complained about its intrusiveness:

It's visually much larger than the relevant information in the tooltip, causing excessive visual noise and cognitive burden when parsing the contents of the tooltip. ( #13458 )

@Colengms Yes, but that user was complaining about the size --for some reason it does appear to take up a larger height than the row above.

I think right-aligning it might be a bad idea if the goal is usability of the feature -- if the width is large, the user has to move their mouse a large distance to the right to click it, right? Also, I don't know another example UI where a link/command is right-aligned so there might be some UI design issue with that?

I think the point of this issue is to investigate and see if there might be some better options.

And, currently, if the height is large, the user has to scroll down to the button of the tooltip to find the link. But, considering the majority of tool-tips shown are not expected to receive clicks on the Copilot link, and long or wide tooltips would generally be associated with ample information already available, I'm not sure why having to move the mouse more (making it less likely to incorrectly click on the link) would be a bad thing. But we could use more data.

I do think all of these are possible, but I agree it doesn't seem to have a clear solution.

Another option would be to register the providers in the opposite order so the copilot link appears above the quick info, which would at least make it harder to click by accident.
