Keys are sent to the email you provided at checkout within seconds of payment confirmation. First check your spam or junk folder, automated emails from payment processors are frequently filtered there. Confirm the email address you entered at checkout was typed correctly. If neither resolves it within 5-10 minutes, contact support via Discord or email with your order number or payment confirmation screenshot and the key will be manually resent immediately. Every legitimate purchase receives their key, delivery issues are always fixable through support. Digital licence keys are non-refundable once activated, which is standard across the software industry and stated in the Terms of Service before checkout. This exists because activated digital products have been used and can't be meaningfully returned. That said, there are situations where compensation applies: if a product is detected and no undetected replacement is available within a reasonable window, subscription extensions or store credit are provided. If you purchased the wrong product and haven't activated the key yet, contact support before activating and an exchange can often be arranged. For any setup difficulty, free technical assistance is always available to make sure you get value from the purchase. Before purchasing, using the Discord to ask about product status, compatibility with your specific game version, and whether your PC configuration (Windows version, Secure Boot status, antivirus software) has any known issues is strongly recommended, support can verify all of these before you commit to a purchase, which prevents the most common reasons people would otherwise want a refund.
After receiving your key by email: download the loader from the link in your delivery email or from your account page on the website. Game patches frequently change memory layouts and anti-cheat builds, which breaks cheats until they're updated. Check the product status on the listing page first, if it shows 'Updating', a fix is in progress. Do not run an outdated version after a patch since it may carry detection risk. Check the Discord announcements channel for estimated update timing. If a product has been in Updating status for more than 72 hours without a resolution, contact support to discuss options including subscription pause or switching to another product. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the account dashboard under 'My Subscriptions'. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then. If you can't find the cancellation option, contact support via email with your order details and it will be cancelled immediately. Cancellation stops future charges without affecting access for the remainder of the paid period. If you want to pause rather than cancel, for example during a game's update window, contact support about a pause option.
