But maybe don’t scrape entire articles, publish them elsewhere, and claim them as your own. A lot of real people put a lot of real effort into every piece of content that’s published and shared here. Pretending you wrote something you didn’t isn’t a a good look. You’re better than that.
It’s not like I’m going to track you down and go all Perry Mason (ask your parents) or Chuck Norris (again, ask your parents) on you. There are way more things I’d rather be doing, like eating gummy bears, taking my kids to the park, or reading in the backyard. I guess the only thing that would really sting is if you’re trying to hurt me or anyone else on this team personally, but even then, the most threatening thing I may do is send you a sassy passive aggressive email. And that’s only if I’m in a really bad mood.
The web is big and there’s a place in it for everyone. It’s better if you adopt some sort of “give a penny, take a penny” mentality than trying to step on the backs of others.
