These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Anime Maker is the service name used throughout these Terms. Questions about these Terms, a specific account, or a formal notice may be sent to [email protected]. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location are not limited by these Terms.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Anime Maker offers free access, recurring subscriptions, and optional credit packages. Existing legacy lifetime purchases remain valid under the terms shown when they were purchased. Prices, currency, billing intervals, renewal settings, included credits, and material plan limits are shown before checkout.
Subscription plans renew automatically at the selected billing interval until canceled. Credit package purchases and legacy lifetime purchases are one-time payments and do not renew automatically. Taxes, if any, are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By starting checkout, you authorize Stripe and Anime Maker to charge the payment method you provide for the selected plan, renewal, credit package, applicable taxes, and any approved discounts.
You can manage billing, payment methods, invoices, plan changes, and subscription cancellation from the Billing page in your account, which opens the Stripe customer portal.
Canceling or turning off renewal stops future subscription charges. Paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period unless a refund, reversal, payment failure, chargeback, legal requirement, or policy restriction applies. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period.
Deleting your Anime Maker account may not cancel an active subscription. You should cancel paid subscriptions from Billing before deleting your account.
Credits are a digital entitlement used inside Anime Maker. Credits may be included with a plan, granted periodically, given during registration, or purchased separately. Credits expire according to the expiration period shown in the product or account interface, unless a specific offer states otherwise.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not redeemable for money. We may reverse credits that were granted because of a billing error, refund, chargeback, unauthorized transaction, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Subscription fees, lifetime access fees, and credit package fees are generally non-refundable after digital access begins or credits are delivered.
We may review refund requests for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, undelivered paid access, unauthorized charges, special cases we approve, or rights required by law. If a refund is approved, we may remove related access, credits, or benefits. To request review, contact us with the account email and relevant payment or invoice information.
Except for user content and identified third-party materials, the original Anime Maker interface, website copy, graphics, and software are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.
You retain the rights you hold in prompts, uploads, and generated outputs. You grant Anime Maker a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and technically modify submitted content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except for limited backups, legal records, or material we must retain for security and dispute resolution.
You are responsible for prompts, uploads, reference images, generated outputs, and any rights needed to use them. You must not use our services to infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
You agree not to:
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, abuses the service, causes payment or chargeback problems, or must be restricted by law. When practical and legally permitted, we will provide notice or a way to contact support about the decision.
To the extent permitted by law, Anime Maker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
If we change prices or material subscription terms, we will provide notice where required by law or payment-provider rules.
Before starting a formal dispute, contact us with the account email, a concise description of the issue, and any relevant task, invoice, or checkout identifier. This gives both sides an opportunity to review the account record and attempt a practical resolution. Nothing in this section removes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
If you have any questions about these Terms, contact us or email [email protected].
