FAQs

Q.  What are the building hours of operation?
A.  Our building is open 365 days a year and can be accessed from 5:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m. 
      daily.

Q.  Where are the building entrances?
A.  There are six major pedestrian entrances to the building: 14th Street, 13½ Street,  
      Pennsylvania Avenue, Moynihan Plaza, Woodrow Wilson Plaza and Metro level.

Q. What is the procedure for entering the building?
A.   All adults are required to show photo identification upon entry and proceed as directed
      through our security checkpoints.

Q.  Is parking available on-site?
A.  Yes, public parking is available in our underground parking lot with entrances at 13½ 
      Street off Pennsylvania Avenue and two entrances on 14th Street. Garage hours are 
      5:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. daily. For additional information, please visit our parking page.

Q.  Does the building have a lost and found?
A.  Yes, please call 202.565.1988 to inquire about any items lost while visiting our building.

Q.  Are building tours offered?
A.  Yes, we offer free guided tours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays starting at
