Cocoa Dev Central was founded on the belief that there's never enough information available, especially to "beginners" in a field. This site exists primarily to help people begin programming in Objective C to Apple's Cocoa API.
This site, begun in February 2001 by the people listed below (more than likely, anyway), aims to provide tutorials, editorials, glossaries, news, files, and any other items which will assist developers new to the Objective C/Cocoa realm to quickly develop fine software.
It is our belief that, by providing a forum in which new users can explore, ask questions freely, and learn in small digestable chunks, we will grow the number of Cocoa developers. REALbasic took off because of its simplicity, and the Mac shareware scene has never been larger. Cocoa stands to do even better.
