Swiss French and Swiss German locales
I've recently had multiple warning about the "fr_CH" that does not exist. I verified and it was missing along with the "ge_CH" but not the "it_CH".
Since it's a simple modification, I took it upon myself to change this. I hope I did it correctly. I also modified the documentation.
This is my first time contributing.
