Summary
A few changes to our type declarations.
Remove typings dependencies. Typings makes the user manually add dependencies in their project rather than pick them from feathers-client. So it isn't useful to have these in here.
Switch all the classes to interfaces since interfaces are more appropriate here.
I originally missed get() from the REST interface and the realtime interface. I've added them in.
