# How can I migrate an existing account from Media Optimizer to Programmable Media/Assets?

> **NOTE**: Media Optimizer is no longer available. However, if you signed up for it while it was still offered, you may still have access.

Migrating an existing account from Media Optimizer to Programmable Media/Assets is not supported, so we recommend [signing up](https://cloudinary.com/users/register_free) for a new account.

If you would like to use the same email address when creating the new account, you have two options:

- Update your Media Optimizer account to another email address or use an alias (if your email service supports this) and then sign up for a new Programmable Media/Assets account using the previous email address.
- Contact [support](https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) to have your Media Optimizer account deleted, after which you can use the same email address to sign up for a new account.
